Aarna XP Private Limited (herein referred as the “Company”) is a company registered under the provisions of Companies Act, 2013 having its registered office at Plot Nos. 114-116, Silpi Gafoor Nagar, Madhapur, Hyderabad, Shaikpet, Telangana, 500081. Company owns and maintains the Platform “https://aarna.global/” and the mobile application “Aarna” (collectively, the “Platform”).
Applicability of the Terms
The Terms of Use (the “Terms”) herein sets out the terms and conditions for availing the services offered by the Company through the Platform (“Services”).
For the purpose of these Terms, along with any amendments to the same, and wherever the context so requires “You”, “Your(s)”, “Yourself” or “User” shall mean any natural or legal person who has agreed to become a user of the Platform by accessing the Platform, including any person who views, accesses, inquiries about or purchases or register or lists any products or services, uploads or posts any content or materials or information, offers or avails services, connects through APIs, or otherwise uses the Platform. You hereby agree and acknowledge that by accessing or using the Services offered by the Company, you hereby expressly confirm that you have read, understood and agree to comply with and be bound by the Terms.
In the event, you do not agree to any or all of the Terms, you are requested not to access and use any of the Services offered by the Company and/or the Platform.
You understand that the Company may amend the Terms related to the Services from time to time as it may deem fit and necessary. Any amendment to the Terms shall be effective upon Company’s posting of such updated Terms on the Platform and there shall not be any specific notice for the same, and you agree to be updated with the latest amendments, alteration or modifications, so made by the Company in the Terms.
Registration
Wherever applicable, you agree to sign up and create an authenticated account (the “Account”) by providing all required information in order to access or use the Services (the “Sign-up Process”). You shall identify a username and password and provide the requisite information for creating your Account on the Platform or create your Account through your Google account or Apple ID.
You agree and acknowledge that you shall:
create only 1 (one) Account using your credentials unless approved expressly in writing by the Company;
provide accurate, truthful, current and complete information when creating your Account and in all your dealings through the Company;
maintain the security of your Account by not sharing your password with others and restricting access to your Account; and
promptly notify the Company if you discover or otherwise suspect any security breaches relating to the Platform.
You agree and acknowledge that any and all activity undertaken by you from the Account shall be your sole responsibility and the Company shall not be responsible or liable for the same in any manner towards you or any other third-party.
In the event, the Company finds the information, so provided by you, to be untrue, inaccurate, outdated, or incomplete, then it shall be entitled to terminate your Account and refuse current or future use of any and/or all of the Services and you shall be liable to indemnify and hold harmless the Company and/or its affiliates, directors, employees, and agents to the extent of the loss incurred.
The Company shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from the failure on your part to comply with the provision of these Terms. Further, you agree to indemnify and hold the Company and/or its affiliates, directors, employees, and agents harmless from any claims or damages suffered by the Company and/or its affiliates, directors, employees, and agents due to any use of the Account.
Types of Users:
Users: An end user who utilizes the Platform to search, plan, book and experience travel-related services. This includes looking up destinations, itineraries, accommodations, activities, and tips; booking services such as flights, hotels, homestays, activities, events, experiences, workshops and tours; and engaging with curated content provided by experts on the Platform. Users personalize their travel experiences by setting preferences and customizing itineraries, and they also contribute by leaving reviews, ratings, or sharing their travel experiences. Essentially, the Users is the traveller who interacts with the Platform to make informed and convenient travel decisions.
Host: A user who offers in-person or virtual travel-related services such as unique experiences, guided tours or accommodations directly to Users through the Platform. Hosts can be individuals or small businesses who leverage their local knowledge, cultural insights, or hospitality resources to create memorable travel moments. For example, a Host might lead a food tour through local markets, provide a traditional cooking class online, or rent out a private homestay. They are responsible for managing their offerings, setting prices, maintaining availability, communicating with guests, and ensuring quality service. By joining the Platform, Hosts gain access to a broader audience of travellers while contributing authentic and localized experiences to the overall travel ecosystem.
Content Creator: A user who uploads original media such as photos, videos, articles, pdf, catalogues, itineraries, tour packages, hyperlocal tours, unique experiences and other forms of digital content intended to educate, promote, or entertain other users. These creators often share their personal travel experiences, insights, tips and recommendations to inspire and inform the app’s audience. The content can serve multiple purposes: educational (offering travel advice or destination guides), promotional (highlighting specific services, destinations, or experiences) or entertainment (providing engaging, visually appealing content for travel enthusiasts).
Influencer: An Influencer is a user who uses their influence to promote travel experiences, itineraries, tour packages, destinations, or the Platform. Influencers typically have a loyal audience who trusts their opinions and recommendations, making them powerful advocates for brands, services, and travel products. These users collaborate with the Platform or its partners to promote specific destinations, activities, accommodations, events, activities, tours or packages through sponsored posts, videos, or other forms of content. Their content often combines entertainment with recommendations, offering followers an authentic and engaging portrayal of travel experiences.
Supplier (API Partner): A Supplier (API Partner) on the Platform is a third-party business or individual that provides travel-related products, inventory, services, or data feeds to the platform through API (Application Programming Interface) integration. These suppliers contribute to the app's offerings by supplying crucial resources such as flight inventories, hotel rooms, car rentals, activity bookings, destination data or weather information.
Curator: A person who typically refers to or helps our Users in selecting, organizing, and recommending travel experiences, destinations, itineraries or content to users. The goal is to enhance user experience by offering personalized, high-quality, and inspiring travel suggestions.
Super Host: A specialized user who curates and offers a comprehensive travel package by collecting and combining services from multiple individual Hosts such as in-person or virtual experiences, accommodations, and tours into a seamless, high-quality itinerary. Acting as a central coordinator, the Super Host ensures consistency, convenience and elevated service standards across all components, providing travellers with a unified and premium travel experience.
Travel Agent: A user who acts as a professional intermediary between travellers and various travel service providers. They help Users and other users plan, customize, and book complete travel experiences including accommodations, transportation, tours and activities often providing expert advice, personalized recommendations, and logistical support. Travel Agents may also manage bookings, handle special requests, and assist with changes or issues during a trip, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free.
Destination Management Company (DMC): A professional service provider based in a specific location that offers in-depth local expertise and a full range of travel services for that destination. A DMC coordinates and delivers ground services such as accommodation, transportation, guided tours, cultural experiences, event planning, and on-the-ground support. Acting as a trusted local partner, the DMC ensures high-quality, seamless experiences by leveraging its network of local suppliers, logistics knowledge, and cultural insight making it a vital resource for travel agents, curators, or platforms creating travel.
Business User: An individual or entity that uses the platform to offer, manage, or coordinate travel-related services for commercial purposes. This can include travel agents, hosts, curators, tour operators, Destination Management Companies (DMCs), or corporate travel managers. Business Users typically have access to specialized tools and dashboards to manage listings, bookings, customer interactions, pricing, and analytics. Their primary goal is to generate revenue through the app by providing travel products or services to Users.
Property Owner(s): Are individuals or businesses who list their accommodations such as homes, apartments, villas, or other lodging options on the platform for short-term or long-term rental. These users manage the availability, pricing, and details of their properties and may offer additional services such as cleaning, check-in support or local recommendations. Property Owners use the app to reach travellers, handle bookings and generate income by renting out their spaces to Users seeking a place to stay.
User’ Obligations
You will be eligible to use the Services only by registering with the Company and fulfilling following qualifications:
You must be above the legal age of 18 (eighteen) years; and
You must have the legal capacity to enter into contract and must not be specifically disqualified.
You undertake not to:
Cut, copy, distribute, modify, recreate, reverse engineer, distribute, post, publish or create derivative works from, transfer, or sell any information or software obtained from the Platform. For the removal of doubt, it is clarified that unlimited or wholesale reproduction, copying of the content for commercial or non-commercial purposes and unwarranted modification of data and information within the content of the Platform is not permitted. Should You want to engage in one or more such actions, prior permission from the Company must be obtained.
Develop, support or use software, devices, scripts, robots or any other means or processes (including crawlers, browser plugins and add-ons or any other technology) to scrape the Services or otherwise copy any profile or other data from the Services and/or Platform.
Access (or attempt to access) the Platform and/or the materials or Services by any means other than through the interface that is provided by the Platform. You may be exposed to content from other Users or third parties that you may consider offensive, indecent or otherwise objectionable. We disclaim all liabilities arising in relation to such offensive content on the Platform. Further, you may report such offensive content.
Use the Platform in any manner that may impair, overburden, damage, disable or otherwise compromise the Platform.
Use the User information made available through Platform to further any unlawful purposes or to conduct any unlawful activity, including, but not limited to, fraud, embezzlement, money laundering or identity theft.
Use the User information made available through Platform to abuse, harass, threaten, defame, disillusion, erode, abrogate, demean or otherwise violate the legal rights of others;
Violate any code of conduct or other guidelines, which may be applicable for or to any particular Service;
Infringe any intellectual property rights;
Misrepresent your affiliation with the Company;
Collect or harvest any information about other Users without their consent;
Upload harmful, misleading, offensive, or illegal content;
You are also prohibited from violating the security of the Platform. In case of any violations of system or network security, the Company shall be entitled to take necessary remedial actions including but not limited to taking any civil or criminal action.
You agree to abide by the specific roles, responsibilities and obligations applicable to the type of User you act as on the Platform.
Privacy and Cookie Policy
The Company respects your privacy and has accordingly formulated a privacy and cookie policy, in compliance with the applicable laws (the “Privacy and Cookie Policy”).
The use of any personal information shall be governed by the Privacy and Cookie Policy as provided on this Platform and amended from time to time.

Remedies
In the event, you are found to have violated any of the Terms, the Company reserves the right to do any or all of the following:
Take any action remediating any violation in such a manner that it may deem fit and necessary including all necessary legal, civil and criminal actions,
Terminating your registration from using the Services and the Platform temporarily and permanently,
Seek indemnification and/or compensation to the extent of loss or damage caused to the Company.
You acknowledge that in no event shall the Company be liable for any damages whatsoever whether direct, indirect, general, special, compensatory, consequential, punitive or incidental, arising out of or relating to the conduct of you or anyone else in connection with the use of the Services.
Information Security
The Company acknowledges that it employs industry standard security protocol and is in compliance with the laws governing information technology and/or data protection and privacy to ensure that the information that are stored, transmitted or transferred through the Platform is protected and the same is hosted on a secure server.
The Company shall not be held responsible for the loss of your information that takes place despite following standard security protocol.
In order to keep your Account safe, you agree to maintain the confidentiality of the username and password, and to change the password of the Account periodically.
You will be solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the username and password, and for all activities that occur from the Account.
Links to Third Party Websites
The Platform may have links to third party websites/applications or service providers, including advertisers (collectively, “Third-Party Websites”). The Company does not endorse any Third-Party Websites that you may be redirected to.
You agree to exercise your independent judgment and prudence when visiting / using any Third-Party Websites via a link available on the Platform. Your usage of such Third-Party Websites and all content available on such Third-Party Websites is subject to the terms of use of the respective Third- Party Website and the Company is not responsible for your use of any Third-Party Websites.
Intellectual Property
The Company, its technology, computer programs, codes, all information available thereon, images, logos, trade names, domain names, service marks and other materials on it, including the look and feel of the Platform, are the exclusive intellectual property of the Company and/or its affiliates.
Any unauthorized reproduction, republication, distribution, display, transmission, sale, or any other use and/or duplication of any material available on Platform, without express and written approval of the Company shall be violation of the relevant intellectual property laws. The Company and its associates reserve the right to initiate and pursue any and all necessary legal and/ or other action against any such user for infringement of Company and/ or its associates’ intellectual property.
Termination
The Terms shall remain in full force and effect unless and until the Account is terminated in accordance with the Terms.
You may deactivate the Account and terminate your registration with the Company at any time, for any reason, by using the in-app “Delete Account” feature and confirming your password. Such termination shall not absolve you of any liability towards the Company arising from the Services or your use of the Platform.
The Company may also suspend or terminate your use of the Platform, and/or the Account, at any time, for any breach of these Terms.
Subject to applicable law, the Company reserves the right to maintain, delete or destroy all communications or materials posted or uploaded on to this Platform pursuant to its internal record retention and/or content destruction policies. After such termination, the Company will have no further obligation to provide the Services to you.
The Company further reserves the right to terminate these Terms or discontinue the Services provided through this Platform or any portion or feature thereof for any or no reason and at any time without any liability towards you or any other third-party.
The Company will not be liable to you for any costs, expenses, or damages as a result of the termination of these Terms.
Disclaimer & Warranties
The content and all the Services associated with the Platform are provided to you on an “as-is” and “as available” basis. The Company makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the content or operation of the Platform or of the Service. You expressly agree and acknowledge that your use of the Service is at your sole risk.
The Company makes no representations, warranties or guarantees express or implied, regarding (a) the accuracy, reliability or completeness of the content on the Platform, including Content provided by other Users, or (b) of the Services expressly disclaims any warranties of non-infringement or fitness for a particular purpose.
The Company engages and employs the best methods to safeguard and protect against viruses, infection, et cetera, however, despite such best efforts, the Company makes no representation, warranty or guarantee that the content that may be available through the Service is free of infection from any viruses, bugs or other code or computer programming routines that contain contaminating or destructive properties or that are intended to damage, surreptitiously intercept or expropriate any system, data or personal information.
Our Platform does not constitute and should not be regarded as a recommendation or endorsement of any flights, hotels, rental companies, events, tours, workshops, experiences, or services listed on our Platform. The Company hereby expressly disclaim any representation, warranty or undertaking in relation to the availability, quality, status, features, or adequacy of any service or experiences listed on or booked through our Platform.
The Company acts solely as an independent intermediary between various types of Users. The Company does not guarantee the descriptions, conditions, suitability, pricing, or fulfilment of any services provided by other Users. The Users are entering into a direct contractual relationship with the applicable Users for each booking made via the Platform.
By using the Platform, you acknowledge and agree that the Company shall not be held liable for: (a) any acts, omissions, errors, warranties, representations, breaches, or negligence of any other User; or (b) any personal injuries, death, property damage, or other damages or expenses resulting from your interactions with other Users.
You are encouraged to carefully review the listings, services and/or experiences own terms and policies as provided by such Users before completing any booking.
Limitation of Liability
Neither the Company nor any of its affiliates/representative shall be liable for:
any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages resulting from the use or the inability to use the Platform and/or damages for lost profits, loss of data, goodwill or other intangible losses by the User;
user interaction and associated issues the User has with any Third Party Websites accessed through the Platform;
any unauthorized access to or alteration of the User’s transmissions or data;
any User-generated content;
Third part services accessed via APIs; or
any other matter relating to the Platform or the Service.
Indemnification
You shall indemnify and hold harmless the Company and/or its affiliates, directors, employees, and agents against any loss or damage suffered on account of fraud, willful neglect and loss of data done and/or caused by you and against all damages, losses, and expenses of any kind, including reasonable legal fees and costs, related to such claim brought against the Company by any third party.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by, interpreted and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
In case of any dispute, claim or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the breach, termination, enforcement, interpretation or validity thereof or the use of the Platform (collectively, “Disputes”), the Company and you shall attempt to settle the same amicably, through negotiation and consultation at such offices of the Company as the Company may designate or in an online mode as mutually agreed between the parties.
In the event the dispute remains unresolved for 30 (thirty) days, either party may refer to such dispute to the courts at Hyderabad, Telangana, unless otherwise mutually agreed by the Company and you in writing.
Non-repudiation
Any and all actions undertaken by you and/or your affiliates, admin, on the Platform shall be deemed as actions approved by you including and not limited to transfer/change of passwords and the Company shall not have any liability towards such actions.
Miscellaneous
These Terms shall be interpreted, construed and enforced in accordance with the laws as applicable in India without regard to conflict/choice of law principles. In a situation where any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be severed from the remaining Agreement, which shall remain in full force and effect.
No waiver of any breach or default of the Agreement shall be deemed to be a waiver of any preceding or subsequent breach or default. The section headings used in this Agreement should not be used for any interpretative purposes as these are for your convenience only.
In the event that any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, then that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in full force and effect.
All the rights and obligations of the Company under these Terms are freely assignable by the Company in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, or by operation of law or otherwise.
The Company reserves the right to research and publish general user behavior categorized at its discretion.
By using the Platform, you agree to receive account and feature e-mails, calls, messages and flash messages from the Company.
The Platform uses temporary cookies to store certain data (that is not sensitive personal data or information) that is used by the Company for the technical administration of the Platform, research and development, and for user administration. In the course of serving advertisements or optimizing the Services to you, the Platform may allow authorized third parties to place or recognize a unique cookie on your web browser. The Company does not store personally identifiable information in the cookies.
Entire Agreement
These terms, including Privacy and Cookie Policy, Terms and Conditions for users, Terms and Conditions for creators and Terms and Conditions for hosts (as applicable) constitute the entire agreement between you and the Company and governs your use of the Platform, superseding any prior agreements between you and the Company with respect to the Platform.

You will be eligible to use the Services only by registering with the Company and fulfilling following qualifications:
You must be above the legal age of 18 (eighteen) years; and
You must have the legal capacity to enter into contract and must not be specifically disqualified.
You undertake not to:

You may be exposed to content from other Users or third parties that you may consider offensive, indecent or otherwise objectionable. We disclaim all liabilities arising in relation to such offensive content on the Platform. Further, you may report such offensive content.
Use the Platform in any manner that may impair, overburden, damage, disable or otherwise compromise the Platform.
Use the User information made available through Platform to further any unlawful purposes or to conduct any unlawful activity, including, but not limited to, fraud, embezzlement, money laundering or identity theft.
Use the User information made available through Platform to abuse, harass, threaten, defame, disillusion, erode, abrogate, demean or otherwise violate the legal rights of others;
Violate any code of conduct or other guidelines, which may be applicable for or to any particular Service;
Infringe any intellectual property rights;
Misrepresent your affiliation with the Company;
Collect or harvest any information about other Users without their consent;
Upload harmful, misleading, offensive, or illegal content;
You are also prohibited from violating the security of the Platform. In case of any violations of system or network security, the Company shall be entitled to take necessary remedial actions including but not limited to taking any civil or criminal action.
You agree to abide by the specific roles, responsibilities and obligations applicable to the type of User you act as on the Platform.

The Company respects your privacy and has accordingly formulated a privacy and cookie policy, in compliance with the applicable laws (the “Privacy and Cookie Policy”).

Remedies
In the event, you are found to have violated any of the Terms, the Company reserves the right to do any or all of the following:
Take any action remediating any violation in such a manner that it may deem fit and necessary including all necessary legal, civil and criminal actions,
Terminating your registration from using the Services and the Platform temporarily and permanently,
Seek indemnification and/or compensation to the extent of loss or damage caused to the Company.
You acknowledge that in no event shall the Company be liable for any damages whatsoever whether direct, indirect, general, special, compensatory, consequential, punitive or incidental, arising out of or relating to the conduct of you or anyone else in connection with the use of the Services.
Information Security
The Company acknowledges that it employs industry standard security protocol and is in compliance with the laws governing information technology and/or data protection and privacy to ensure that the information that are stored, transmitted or transferred through the Platform is protected and the same is hosted on a secure server.
The Company shall not be held responsible for the loss of your information that takes place despite following standard security protocol.
In order to keep your Account safe, you agree to maintain the confidentiality of the username and password, and to change the password of the Account periodically.
You will be solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the username and password, and for all activities that occur from the Account.

Intellectual Property
The Company, its technology, computer programs, codes, all information available thereon, images, logos, trade names, domain names, service marks and other materials on it, including the look and feel of the Platform, are the exclusive intellectual property of the Company and/or its affiliates.

The Company and its associates reserve the right to initiate and pursue any and all necessary legal and/ or other action against any such user for infringement of Company and/ or its associates’ intellectual property.
Termination
The Terms shall remain in full force and effect unless and until the Account is terminated in accordance with the Terms.
You may deactivate the Account and terminate your registration with the Company at any time, for any reason, by using the in-app “Delete Account” feature and confirming your password. Such termination shall not absolve you of any liability towards the Company arising from the Services or your use of the Platform.
The Company may also suspend or terminate your use of the Platform, and/or the Account, at any time, for any breach of these Terms.
Subject to applicable law, the Company reserves the right to maintain, delete or destroy all communications or materials posted or uploaded on to this Platform pursuant to its internal record retention and/or content destruction policies. After such termination, the Company will have no further obligation to provide the Services to you.
The Company further reserves the right to terminate these Terms or discontinue the Services provided through this Platform or any portion or feature thereof for any or no reason and at any time without any liability towards you or any other third-party.
The Company will not be liable to you for any costs, expenses, or damages as a result of the termination of these Terms.
Disclaimer & Warranties
The content and all the Services associated with the Platform are provided to you on an “as-is” and “as available” basis. The Company makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the content or operation of the Platform or of the Service. You expressly agree and acknowledge that your use of the Service is at your sole risk.
The Company makes no representations, warranties or guarantees express or implied, regarding (a) the accuracy, reliability or completeness of the content on the Platform, including Content provided by other Users, or (b) of the Services expressly disclaims any warranties of non-infringement or fitness for a particular purpose.
The Company engages and employs the best methods to safeguard and protect against viruses, infection, et cetera, however, despite such best efforts, the Company makes no representation, warranty or guarantee that the content that may be available through the Service is free of infection from any viruses, bugs or other code or computer programming routines that contain contaminating or destructive properties or that are intended to damage, surreptitiously intercept or expropriate any system, data or personal information.

The Company acts solely as an independent intermediary between various types of Users. The Company does not guarantee the descriptions, conditions, suitability, pricing, or fulfilment of any services provided by other Users. The Users are entering into a direct contractual relationship with the applicable Users for each booking made via the Platform.
By using the Platform, you acknowledge and agree that the Company shall not be held liable for: (a) any acts, omissions, errors, warranties, representations, breaches, or negligence of any other User; or (b) any personal injuries, death, property damage, or other damages or expenses resulting from your interactions with other Users.
You are encouraged to carefully review the listings, services and/or experiences own terms and policies as provided by such Users before completing any booking.
Limitation of Liability
Neither the Company nor any of its affiliates/representative shall be liable for:
any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages resulting from the use or the inability to use the Platform and/or damages for lost profits, loss of data, goodwill or other intangible losses by the User;
user interaction and associated issues the User has with any Third Party Websites accessed through the Platform;
any unauthorized access to or alteration of the User’s transmissions or data;
any User-generated content;
Third part services accessed via APIs; or
any other matter relating to the Platform or the Service.
Indemnification
You shall indemnify and hold harmless the Company and/or its affiliates, directors, employees, and agents against any loss or damage suffered on account of fraud, willful neglect and loss of data done and/or caused by you and against all damages, losses, and expenses of any kind, including reasonable legal fees and costs, related to such claim brought against the Company by any third party.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by, interpreted and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
In case of any dispute, claim or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the breach, termination, enforcement, interpretation or validity thereof or the use of the Platform (collectively, “Disputes”), the Company and you shall attempt to settle the same amicably, through negotiation and consultation at such offices of the Company as the Company may designate or in an online mode as mutually agreed between the parties.
In the event the dispute remains unresolved for 30 (thirty) days, either party may refer to such dispute to the courts at Hyderabad, Telangana, unless otherwise mutually agreed by the Company and you in writing.
Non-repudiation
Any and all actions undertaken by you and/or your affiliates, admin, on the Platform shall be deemed as actions approved by you including and not limited to transfer/change of passwords and the Company shall not have any liability towards such actions.
Miscellaneous
These Terms shall be interpreted, construed and enforced in accordance with the laws as applicable in India without regard to conflict/choice of law principles. In a situation where any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be severed from the remaining Agreement, which shall remain in full force and effect.
No waiver of any breach or default of the Agreement shall be deemed to be a waiver of any preceding or subsequent breach or default. The section headings used in this Agreement should not be used for any interpretative purposes as these are for your convenience only.
In the event that any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, then that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in full force and effect.
All the rights and obligations of the Company under these Terms are freely assignable by the Company in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, or by operation of law or otherwise.
The Company reserves the right to research and publish general user behavior categorized at its discretion.
By using the Platform, you agree to receive account and feature e-mails, calls, messages and flash messages from the Company.
The Platform uses temporary cookies to store certain data (that is not sensitive personal data or information) that is used by the Company for the technical administration of the Platform, research and development, and for user administration. In the course of serving advertisements or optimizing the Services to you, the Platform may allow authorized third parties to place or recognize a unique cookie on your web browser. The Company does not store personally identifiable information in the cookies.
Entire Agreement
These terms, including Privacy and Cookie Policy, Terms and Conditions for users, Terms and Conditions for creators and Terms and Conditions for hosts (as applicable) constitute the entire agreement between you and the Company and governs your use of the Platform, superseding any prior agreements between you and the Company with respect to the Platform.
